You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the service — including no unlawful activity, no infringement of third-party rights, no attempts to disrupt service integrity, and no scraping or abusive automation.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of data you put into Pulse CRM. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

5. Advertising

Some pages display third-party advertising (e.g. Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of ads or the practices of advertisers.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
